We are now looking for 2 assistant nurses for permanent positions at Sommarlustvägen Kristianstad. The positions are between 75-80%. We offer training and several benefits.

We are a modern residence with proximity to both nature and services

Sommarlustvägen offers 54 apartments divided over three floors with two units of nine places per floor.

We specialize in care for people with dementia and strive to create a safe and meaningful everyday life.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• You have a group leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a group leader can also be a career opportunity for you as an assistant nurse.

• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As an assistant nurse, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained assistant nurse and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we give you support and the opportunity to grow.
